BSAFE is the BGIS Safety Assurance & Field Excellence platform.
It is a work order management platform delivered through an Online Portal (Web Portal) and Mobile Application (App) and is used by all suppliers providing hard services on site as well as any suppliers providing soft services on site that involve medium- or high-risk works.
BSAFE integrates our safe systems of work process into the work order management workflow.
How BSAFE works
BSAFE replaces many of the isolated administrative tasks and paper forms, bringing it all together in an integrated manner. The diagram below outlines the typical workflow of a Reactive Maintenance Work Order using BSAFE.
BSAFE benefits
A technician, supported by their office-based administrator, is able to do the following using the BSAFE App:
- Receive Work Orders assigned to them
- Provide acknowledgement of Work Order receipt
- Provide Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), as required by some clients
- Receive Essential Site Information (ESI), such as Risk Registers for a particular site
- Complete pre-start risk assessments for every Work Order
- Request and receive approvals for Permits to Work, when required
- Mark work as completed, which is then automatically updated in our internal database
- Complete service delivery commentary against assets including any future maintenance recommendations or corrective actions
- Provide Service Reports and other evidence of work completion, enabling a quicker invoicing and payment schedule
BSAFE
